Poor man's Pate Foie Gras

Ingredients

 

· 1/2 lb liver sausage

· 3 oz cream

· 4 T mayonnaise

· 1/3 cup heavy cream

· 1 T melted butter

· 1 T Worcestershire sauce

· 1 T dry sherry

· 1/4 t salt and pepper

· pinch cayenne

· pinch nutmeg

· 1/4 to 1/2 t curry powder
