Tahini bi hummous

Ingredients

 

 1 can chick (not to be sexist) peas

 1/2 cup sesame paste

 3 cloves of garlic

 1/2 (or to taste) cup lemon juice

 Salt

 Pepper

 Cilantro

 Sesame seed oil

 

Preparation

 

1. Chop the garlic in processor or blender.

2. Add the paste and the beans

3. Thin with lemon juice (if still too thick, thin with hot water)

4. Add salt & pepper to taste

5. just before serving, cover with sesame oil & chopped cilantro.
